Firstly, if your not happy either are we, please let us know asap & we would be delighted to assist you please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a damaged product or incorrect item.

As we are dealing with food a photo must be provided for the damaged item/s. Proof of purchase must be shown in order to qualify for a full refund of the product. We may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement has been issued on certain items and it some cases the cost of freight of returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility.

We will always aim to refund the amount of the product or replace it in your next order and are happy to resolve any issues with you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds/credit are granted (if applicable) such as; products with obvious signs of use or that have been opened, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase/delivery (unless previously authorised)


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Typically refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (unless of course they are damaged or faulty)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
